This Italian pizzeria grew so popular, it moved down the street to a larger location on Bord du Lac Road in Dorval.  It can now hold more tables inside, and offer a covered terrace for those who like to eat al fresco.

The store/restaurant is bright and airy, with high ceilings and lots of big windows looking outwards.  It offers Italian groceries, plus freshly made pastas, antipasto, and paninis.  There's even a section of its own for gelato.

The star is their wood oven pizza.  Thin crusted and topped with delicious ingredients, they're a popular choice. *****   Important NOTE :   pizzas are only made from 11:30 to 1:30 on Weekdays.

It gets pretty busy during lunch on weekends, as it is a great place for a quick, delicious lunch for those who work in the area.  The dining area is simply a section of the store where they've placed tables and chairs.  It's a nice corner of the store, with TV monitors and 2 sides of patio doors.  They've also got a covered terrace that wraps around the corner.

As you walk in, you flow naturally into the lineup.  As you walk past the desserts, antipasto, slab pizzas, pasta dishes, and ready-made paninis, you have time to decide what to order.  The servers behind the counter are quick and efficient, and place your order to the side until you reach the cashier.  To order one of their amazing wood oven pizzas, place the order and you'll be given a buzzer.   It usually takes about 15 minutes before you're digging your teeth into the pizza.

Their meatballs are fabulous.  Loaded with cheese, and served with their marinara sauce, these meatballs can be eaten separately, or be part of a bigger meal.  Either way, they are DELICIOUS !

The pizzas that we've had are the Margherita (tomato sauce and basil), and the Margherita Mozzarella (tomato sauce, basil, and chunks of mozzarella).  The Salsiccia is topped with lots of onions, pieces of Italian sausage, and whole olives.

This place has become a new favorite of ours for pizza.  Its convenient location for West Islanders makes it a great choice when you want good pizza or Italian cuisine, but don't want to drive all the way to Little Italy or downtown.
